About me
I was born 25. October 1992 in Iceland. My passion for acting started when I was 16 years old and at the age of 18 I worked for the first time as a property master for Hrafnar, Sóleyjar og Myrra. After that there was no going back.
2014 I graduated from a High-school with acting as my major subject and as a Classical singer from The Reykjavík academy of singing and vocal arts, and after that I headed to Finland and studied Performing arts at Länsi-Suomen opisto. I came home for one year and continued singing, but then I headed to Cours florent in Paris ,and finally I studied for a short time at Rose Bruford College in London. During my time in Iceland and abroad I attented two masterclasses, Classical singing at Reykjavík (Iceland) under instruction of Paul Phoenix and Ballet at Sestriere (Italy) under instruction of Claudia Zaccari.
Then Covid came and many plans changed, I had written a musical together with with the composer Veli-Pekka Bäckman and it was supposed to be performed at “Harpa” (cultural center), under the direction of the music conductor Garðar Cortes.
Last years I have been mostly directing amateur theatre groups and teaching as a substitute teacher for a drama school.
